(1) Dr. Shem Tov Levi: ST&T Founder
Dr. Shem-Tov Levi has thirty five years of experience in design, development, implementation and deployment of large, complex, dependable systems, mainly for mission critical applications.
He is the leading author of two books on Computer Science topics (Real Time Systems, Fault Tolerant Systems) published by McGraw Hill.
Dr. Levi managed companies he founded at CEO and Chairman of the Board levels in the Netherlands, Germany, Bulgaria, and Israel.
Dr. Levi was a Division Manager at Etec USA (Mask Inspection), in charge of developing the Aerial Imaging inspection for masks and delivering the first 193nm systems to the Mask Industry for Semiconductors.
He was a VP in KLA-Tencor, managed a Business Unit which developed with DARPA's help a product line of advance lithography systems (EBDW) for the Semiconductor Industry.
Dr. Levi founded ST&T in 1997 and the company has since evolved as a leader in many complex technology projects in its field.
